Job Title : Operations Manager, Technical Field Deployment

Join us at a pivotal moment and build the operational backbone of a fast-growing company.

TRIFECTA is where critical infrastructure projects get the expert talent they need, on time, every time. As our Operations Manager, you're the central nervous system of our field deployment. You aren't just filling schedules; you're ensuring that power grids stay online, manufacturing plants run smoothly, and essential projects are completed without a hitch. We are looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader to own our deployment lifecycle, drive key performance metrics, and scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities

Own the entire deployment lifecycle, from converting signed scopes into schedules to managing daily / weekly dispatch.

Lead operational execution, acting as a player-coach to coordinate cross-functionally and mentor junior staff.

Maintain a rapid-response cadence for all urgent client work, managing our elite STRIKETEAM for emergency deployments.

Enforce our PowerCheck site-readiness protocol—ensuring all credentials, safety, PPE, and permits are in place without exception.

Track, own, and report on key KPIs : time-to-deploy, on-time %, workforce utilization, first-time-right, and gross profit (GP%).

Run daily stand-ups and war-rooms with Sales and Talent to manage schedules and resolve escalations.

Improve and standardize our operational playbook across our systems (ATS / CRM, scheduling).

Qualifications

Required : 5+ years of experience in workforce / staffing operations or industrial field service operations.

Required : Proven leadership experience as a Branch Manager, Operations Supervisor, or in Service Delivery.

Required : Direct experience with scheduling / dispatch in high-urgency, rapid-response environments.

Required : An entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a track record of hitting KPIs.

Familiarity with skilled trades (electricians, controls technicians) and safety protocols like OSHA / LOTO.

Experience with P&L exposure and job costing is a major plus.

Our Commitment to You (First 90 Days)

We will set you up for success. Within your first 90 days, you will :

Launch a live operations dashboard to track all key performance indicators.

Implement a standardized deployment playbook covering the entire operational lifecycle.

Achieve measurable results, including a -20% reduction in time-to-deploy and a +2–3 point uplift in gross margin.
