Global Senior Manager - Talent Inclusion & Diversity

This is a hybrid role based out of one of our hubs located in New York, NY, Loveland, CO, or Fountain Valley, CA. The target pay range for this position is $125,000 - $156,000. At Antech, pay decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, education, training and budget.
Job Purpose and Overview
As the Global Senior Manager - Talent Inclusion & Diversity for Mars Science & Diagnostics (SDx), you'll play a critical role in shaping how we grow, develop, and support our people. Reporting to and partnering closely with the VP, Talent and Corporate People & Organization (P&O), you'll lead the operational execution of our talent management processes and inclusion and diversity (I&D) programs ensuring both are not just well-run, but inspiring, data-driven, and future-focused. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, loves connecting ideas to action, and wants to make a measurable difference in how talent and inclusion come to life across the organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Talent Management
Partner with the VP, Talent and Corporate P&O to bring our talent strategy to life, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Drive preparation for Leadership Team Talent sessions from pre-work and data consolidation to creating materials that bring insight, clarity, and action.
Manage succession planning processes and confidential data, ensuring accurate updates and insightful metrics for quarterly and annual reviews.
Support Talent Development Reviews (TDRs), talent pipeline efforts, and key initiatives such as mentoring programs, career storytelling, and development frameworks.
Act as a proxy for the VP, Talent & Corporate P&O when needed, ensuring continuity and leadership coverage.
Inclusion & Diversity
Co-create the global I&D strategy for SDx with the VP, ensuring it aligns with our broader Mars ecosystem and reflects SDx's unique culture and priorities.
Represent SDx's vision and voice within North America I&D leadership forums and cross-segment collaborations.
Partner with the Data & Analytics team to design and operationalize I&D metrics, dashboards, and insights that drive accountability and progress.
Lead the operational deployment of I&D initiatives from programs and learning to events and communications.
Provide oversight for Associate Resource Group (ARG) frameworks and activation across SDx in partnership with the global I&D COE.
Additional Contributions
Support broader People & Organization (P&O) transformation initiatives that drive efficiency, consistency, and impact across the business.
Bring forward creative ideas and best practices to continuously enhance how we manage talent and inclusion globally.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
6+ years of experience in talent management, HR, or organizational planning.
Demonstrated experience in Inclusion & Diversity program management (preferred).
Proven ability to manage complex projects and influence across functions - PMO experience a strong plus.
A proactive mindset, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for making work more meaningful and inclusive.
