Senior Hr Business Partner
Franklin Templeton is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to partner with the Fiduciary Trust International leadership team to align people strategies with business priorities and transformation goals. Fiduciary Trust International is a wealth management firm, part of Franklin Templeton, founded in 1931 by families for families, with a singular focus on growing and protecting clients' wealth through generations. Candidates should be based in / around New York City and capable of working a hybrid schedule with three days in office.
As Senior HR Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic partner who drives towards HR solutions in support of the enterprise by developing, guiding, coaching, influencing, and advising executives on how to proactively address talent strategies, opportunities, and challenges. In this role, you will play a significant role with Executives and business Heads, in driving toward talent management strategies which include workforce planning, global compensation solutions, leadership development, performance management, organizational change, and succession planning. Compensation : Franklin Templeton offers employees a competitive and valuable range of total rewards, monetary and non-monetary designed to support their well-being and recognize their time, talents, and results. We expect the base salary for this position to range between $155,700-$200,000, depending on level of relevant experience, plus discretionary bonus.
