Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace. Other Accredited Program : Completion of accredited practical nurse program or currently enrolled in a nursing program. (Required) 2+ years Nursing Experience (Level II only) (Required) Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing. (Required proficiency) Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices) (Required proficiency) Level II Only : 18 CNE's per year. 3 CNE's in clinical specialty At least 5 CNE's in Leadership Other CNE requirements will be agreed upon with manager Level II Only : 3 Peer Reviews. Committee Involvement. 5 criteria with evidence of each. Knowledge of LPN scope of practice according to the Ohio board of nursing. Provides safe efficient age specific nursing care to patients / families using the nursing process in order to assist them to attain, maintain, regain, and sustain optimal health status.
