Annashae Healthcare Staffing is seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Officer on Duty to join our prestigious inpatient facility in Minnesota. Duties may include but not limited to :

Direct Patient Care (95%) : Provide comprehensive hospital medicine care, including patient admission, evaluation, treatment, diagnostic studies, medications, and perioperative management. Lead code and rapid response teams, ensure timely discharge planning, and coordinate care with primary care physicians and specialists.

Consultation & Referrals : Offer consultations with referring physicians, determine appropriate treatments, and facilitate social work referrals for vulnerable populations. Provide clear discharge instructions and follow-up care coordination.

Administrative & Coverage (5%) : Participate in administrative tasks such as training, policy adherence, and patient care documentation. Flexible coverage for nights and weekends.
