Inside Sales Representative - Manage Sales Targets

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth across various digital media solutions.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates on the opportunity pipeline, ensuring ongoing progress and a positive outlook.
  • Perform detailed research on customer contracts and purchasing history to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Lead strategic account planning, aligning with clients' business objectives and encouraging long-term partnerships.
  • Initiate outbound prospecting to establish new business relationships and sell into multiple organizational levels.
  • Conduct daily customer engagements through video calls, proposing customized solutions to tackle strategic objectives and difficulties.
  • Ensure the successful deployment of products and promptly address any client concerns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and the competitive landscape to provide valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with solution specialists to improve the footprint of Adobe solution streams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with a track record of successfully implementing strategic account plans.
  • Proficient in establishing and cultivating connections with influential decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to conduct detailed research and leverage insights to drive growth.
  • Familiarity with Adobe's product offerings and the digital media landscape is a plus.
  • Highly motivated and results-focused with a passion for achieving outstanding performance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and align with broader organizational goals.
