Pay Rate : $26.44 / hr

Shift : Monday - Friday (8AM TO 4PM) Must be open to working overtime

Description :

Our client, a reputable security services company, is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee operations at a large residential community in the Mount Pleasant area. This position is ideal for someone who excels in customer service, communication, and relationship-building. The Security Supervisor will play a key role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for residents, guests, and property management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support a team of 3-4 security officers per shift, ensuring smooth and professional operations.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, guests, and property management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for community security concerns and provide excellent customer service in all interactions.
• Oversee patrol schedules, access control, and incident reporting.
• Conduct daily shift briefings, maintain team morale, and ensure clear communication among staff.
• Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents, emergencies, or resident concerns.
• Promote a friendly, approachable, and service-oriented atmosphere within the security team.
