    Insight Global is seeking a Hybrid Implementation Specialist to support a leading Veterinary Diagnostics company in the deployment and onboarding of their new platform. This role combines onsite and remote responsibilities, focusing on project management, system configuration, workflow optimization, and customer training. You will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless transition for veterinary hospitals adopting the ezyVet Software Suite.

    Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver configuration, training, and guidance on the ezyVet Software Suite to veterinary hospital staff.
  • Guide hospital teams toward best-practice workflows and optimal software usage.
  • Consult with customers to define project deliverables and build detailed statements of work.
  • Create, review, and maintain project plans and tools to track progress and ensure timely delivery.
  • Manage the full implementation lifecycle including installation, data migration, training, and coordination with other product lines.
  • Evaluate and optimize clinical and administrative workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for additional consulting services and secure necessary contracts.
  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of implementation teams, providing coaching and support.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
