Front of House Service Position Summary :

Our front of house service people maintain outstanding customer service in every interaction with

guests they have. Ensures that each guest is greeted with a smile

and all orders are consistent and held to Miguel's Restaurant's standard to

provide a great customer experience.

Essential

Duties and Responsibilities

food orders using cash register POS System

Cash and credit transactions carefully and efficiently

food to guest table

food for takeout orders

a well-stocked salsa bar, drink cup lids, napkins before and after shift

fresh coffee, unsweetened tea, lemonade and horchata

cleanliness of the restaurant to standard, including restrooms

in resolving customer questions and concerns

pride in serving guests and providing exceptional customer service

food safety HACCP checks daily

other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

PC knowledge

to handle cash and credit transactions

to stand for long periods of time

to multitask and prioritize task

verbal communication skills

supply a food handlers’ card when hired

School Diploma or Equivalent
