Full-time, remote position (MondayFriday) / Part-time, remote position (10 - 40 hours weekly) Competitive salary range : $27$35 per hour , based on experience. Benefits include paid time off, health coverage, and performance-based incentives. Legally authorized to work in the United States 16 years or older
We are seeking a Remote Account Experience Partner to serve as a bridge between our clients and internal operations teams. This role focuses on client satisfaction, proactive communication, and ensuring every customer receives timely, efficient, and high-quality service. The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, and enjoys solving problems with a professional and positive approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned client accounts.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and service departments to ensure project accuracy and timely delivery.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Monitor account performance and provide clients with progress reports and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of communication and transactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the internal team to continuously improve service efficiency and client outcomes.
