Description of the role :

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Home Care Aide / Caregiver to join our team at Whole Life Home Care. This role involves providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes to help them maintain their independence and quality of life. This person must live in North County San Diego Area and be willing to work weekends . Our shifts are 4+ hours so must be willing to accept 4 hour shifts.

Responsibilities :

Assisting clients with activities of daily living
Monitoring and tracking clients’ health status
Providing emotional support and companionship
Following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation
Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements :

Valid Home Care Aide Registration and CPR

Work weekends

Accept 4+ hour shifts

Live in North San Diego County Area

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to adapt to clients’ needs and schedules

Compensation :

21 - $23 per hour
