Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a remote-first, cross-functional team of engineers focused on data observability. Key Responsibilities Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams for large-scale machine data processing applications Drive project execution from concept to completion while ensuring technical excellence and team growth Collaborate with other leaders and teams to align on goals and foster a customer-centric culture Required Qualifications Proven experience leading distributed engineering teams with a focus on collaboration and delivery Strong technical expertise in scalable, distributed systems and high-scale data streaming systems Background in building and deploying software within a SaaS environment Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, with 10+ years of industry experience At least 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role as a team lead or engineering manager
