General Summary :

Responsible design and decoration of cakes and bakery products

Essential Job Functions :

Decorating & filling cakes, preparing icing, training assistants and maintaining cleanliness of the bakery, customer service, maintaining records of customer orders.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

Must possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for satisfactory performance. Detail-oriented, read and write English / Spanish, follow instructions, ability to multi-task use of knives, mixers, ovens, baking principles.
