Business Systems Analyst - Sales Technologies
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - Sales Technologies to help drive our finance and sales systems transformation initiatives. This person will play a critical role in both Anaplan model ownership and the administration, integration, and optimization of key sales technologies, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prolifiq, and Gong.
With an expectation to make a significant impact on our overall automation roadmap, the ideal candidate is an Anaplan subject matter expert with experience supporting high-growth, complex organizations. This role will also partner cross-functionally to ensure sales tools align with broader business planning processes and are fully leveraged to support sales effectiveness.
In this role you will :
- Design, build, and maintain Anaplan models that drive business planning and forecasting processes.
- Implement enhancements and new features based on evolving business needs and user feedback.
- Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations to automate recurring reports and insights.
- Translate complex Excel-based models and business problems into scalable Anaplan solutions.
- Conduct regular model maintenance, ensuring data integrity, system performance, and user adoption.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support across teams.
- Document technical specifications, maintain model-building best practices, and deliver end-user training as needed.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive solutions, and support ongoing transformation efforts.
- Support administration, integration, and optimization of additional sales technologies, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prolifiq, and Gong, to ensure alignment with planning processes and enhance sales effectiveness.
You've got what it takes if you've got :
2+ years of hands-on Anaplan model-building and end-to-end deployment experience.Strong grasp of Anaplan architecture, model optimization, and advanced formula logic.Experience with sales technologies such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Prolifiq, Gong, or similar tools-including system configuration, user management, and basic integration support.Experience in systems design, testing, implementation, and user support.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.Extra dose of awesome :
3+ years in a Finance, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or IT systems role.Familiarity with Salesforce or CRM-integrated sales tools and how they interact with planning processes.Proven ability to align sales technologies with GTM planning and performance tracking needs.Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to connect the dots across systems.Experience supporting end users across multiple departments (e.g., FP&A, Accounting, Sales).Experience supporting large-scale automation or enterprise planning transformation initiatives.Equal Employment Opportunity has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental commitment at Cornerstone OnDemand.
