Our client is seeking an Office Manager who will be the welcoming face of our client's team and the backbone of their daily operations.
What You'll Do :
- Greet and assist incoming clients with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls with clarity and courtesy
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Handle filing and general office organization
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed
