Duties :

  • Assist with incident reporting data collection, tracking, analysis, and report writing.
  • Assist with organizing information to respond to audits and onsite support.
  • Perform MCO records request reviews, related processing activities, tracking, and report writing.
  • Assist with chart review data collection, tracking, analysis, and report writing.
  • Provide support as needed in the areas of policy review cycle management, CARF accreditation, and health and safety initiatives.
  • Facilitate and perform root cause analyses of sentinel events involving individuals in behavioral health or development services programs.
  • Assist in developing and updating incident reporting and chart review tools to ensure consistency with standards and requirements.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum / Special / Additional Requirements :

  • Requires a four (4) year degree in a human services field (such as psychology, behavioral or mental health, special education, social work) and one (1) year of experience providing the required knowledge, skills, and abilities associated with positions such as a Mental Health Counselor, Special Education Teacher or Social Worker OR any combination of education (above the high school level) and / or experience equivalent to five (5) years in fields utilizing the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
