Duration : 18 weeks

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 4x10-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM); flexible schedule with 3 days and 2 evening shifts (latest shift ends at 7 PM)

Hours per Week : 40

Average Weekly Census : 50 patients

Charting System : EPIC EMR

Scrubs : Pewter polo top and black / navy khakis

Estimated Weekly Salary : $1920-$2060

Physical Therapist Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania PT license or compact state physical therapy license required

BLS and CPR certifications required

Minimum 1 year of outpatient physical therapist experience required; 3 years preferred

First-time travel physical therapists accepted with appropriate experience

Previous charge PT experience required

Experience with EPIC charting system preferred

Ability to float to East Stroudsburg Rehab Clinic as needed

Flu vaccine required (medical / religious exemptions accepted)

Physical Therapist Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care for patients with orthopedic, neurological, and hand conditions

Perform patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and conduct reassessments

Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Utilize modalities including E-stim, ultrasound, traction, and manual therapy techniques

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

Accurately document patient care using EPIC EMR

Maintain patient safety and skin integrity standards

Float to nearby East Stroudsburg rehab facility as needed
