Business Operations and Corporate Services - Strategic Planner 4

Location : Beaverton, OR (Traditional hybrid model with fridays remote)

Salary Range : $50.00 - 56.00 / Hour

Introduction

The nature of the work is focused on short-term or long-term business direction, goals, processes, and purchases. This role involves providing research and analytical support for strategic initiatives and special projects, working independently to design and lead research projects related to market trends, consumer profiles, and competitive intelligence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
• Must have a background in Strategy Consulting (looking for top 4 firms - Deloitte, BCG, McKinsey, Accenture).
• Manager level - MBA is highly preferred
• 5+ years in strategy consulting (not looking for an analyst or just change management exp)
• Must have a mix of analytical skills + soft skills (will communicate with senior leaders), convey they can break down a problem
• Experience in strategic business planning and project management
• 5+ years of proven experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or investment banking
• Apparel / footwear, retail, merchandising, and / or experience in consumer facing industries and proven understanding of the competitive landscape / retail marketplace
• Experience in leading sophisticated strategic projects and proven success in leading a methodical process of analyzing problems, gathering information, generating options, then proposing and acting on a course of action
• Consistent track record of cross functional leadership amongst diverse individuals with different goals

Proficiency in business communication tools and verbal / written storytelling + communication to promote conceptual understanding and mobilize change through storytelling

Strong analytical and research skills
