What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and maintain CNC Swiss lathes to produce precision metal and plastic components
Perform programming adjustments and verify part dimensions using precision measuring instruments
Troubleshoot tooling, wear, offsets, and mechanical issues to minimize downtime
Collaborate with engineering and production to improve processes and maintain quality
Document setups, measurements, and adjustments for accuracy and traceability
What You Bring
2+ years of CNC Swiss setup and operation experience
Ability to read blueprints, interpret GD&T, and understand G-code / M-code
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience with precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
