Position : Customer Service Representative II

Location : Hybrid; 2x on-site, 3 days at home (office is in Menands, NY and will be moving to Albany, NY come Jan 2026)

Estimated Duration : The client approximates that this project is a 3-6 month contract to hire. However, there is no guarantee of employment for any length of time. This is a contract to hire position.

Pay Rate Range : $18 / hr. (Apex Systems offers weekly pay)

Project Description : As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on Customer Service Specialist II joining our team to provide support via the telephone and / or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.
