Facility Engineer – PSM / RMP | On-site – Tampa, FL

Location : Tampa, FL | ?? Industry : Chemical Manufacturing | ?? Facility : Ammonia & Nitrate-Based Products

Are you passionate about safety, reliability, and making an impact in a chemical plant environment? TradeMark Nitrogen is looking for a Facility Engineer to join our Tampa-based team. You'll be at the core of operations, ensuring full PSM / RMP compliance and supporting our 24 / 7 production of ammonium nitrate, nitric acid, and aqua ammonia.

What You'll Do :

Lead PSM and RMP compliance programs (OSHA / EPA)

Oversee the maintenance team and CMMS system

Provide engineering support for ammonia and nitrate-based systems

Execute capital and reliability projects

Drive plant safety and performance improvements

What You Bring :

B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering

3–7 years in chemical manufacturing

Strong knowledge of PSM / RMP regulations

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Flexibility to support 24 / 7 facility needs
