Job description : Job Summary :

We are seeking a reliable and observant Security GuardSurveillance Representativeto conduct site visits and inspections atvarious client locations. The role involves monitoring and verifying thatsecurity guards are present properly performing their duties and complyingwith company policies and security standards. An active security clearance isrequired.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct scheduled and random site visits to ensure security guardsare present and on duty.

• Verify that guards are following post orders procedures and safety protocols.
• Document site visit findings including guard performance attendance and compliance.
• Report any issues violations or concerns to security management for resolution.
• Provide feedback and coaching to guards when needed to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure all security operations meet clearance and compliance requirements.
• Act as a liaison between security guards management and clients.

Qualifications :

Active specify clearance level security clearance (required).
