Responsibilities
- Self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets
- A true leader but recognizes the value of having a business coach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial Planning and Retirement Planning skills
- Experience in insurance sales and knowledge of various insurance products
- Strong understanding of finance and investment concepts
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., CFP, Series 7) are preferred
Requirements
Licensing, Registrations & Experience
Appropriate licenses and / or authorizations to sell life insurance, annuities and financial products offered by FNWL and FFSAt least 1 year of customer-facing sales experience in the Life and Financial Services industryAgree to transfer any existing Series 6, 7 and / or 63 FINRA registrations to a designated Broker / Dealer, and to terminate any concurrent or dual registration; or agree to take the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam and obtain a Series 6 or 7 registration and, if applicable the Series 63 registration within ninety days of a written request.
