Responsibilities :

  • Assist in overall store operations and be accountable for personal / store sales and developing a high-performing motivated team.
  • Cultivating a positive environment which supports MobileOnes values.
  • Ensure customers are 100% satisfied and their experience is unforgettable.
  • Manage customer traffic effectively to minimize wait times.
  • Staying on top of rapidly evolving T-Mobile technology and ensuring that sales representatives are updated on new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them.
  • Supporting store operations and ensuring compliance with the guidelines set by T-Mobile and MobileOne.
  • Help ensure the store is fully staffed by assisting with the recruiting process and program.
  • Keep the store looking its best for our customers

    • Qualifications :

  • Experience managing people with ability to lead and coach people to deliver great results.
  • Customer service or sales experience. Retail environment preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Work varied shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods
  • High school diploma or GED required. Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States .

    • Pay :

  • 10.00 - $27.87 per hour (the pay range above represents hourly wage and potential store bonus)
