Quality Manager

Summary :

Develop implement and coordinate Quality Management program designed to ensure the compliance of products and processes consistent with established standards and customer requirements by measuring (KPI) performing and monitoring the performance of the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned) :

• Develop and implement processes to ensure highest product quality and best customer experience.
• Work with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure that the QA processes and systems are functioning properly. Where appropriate advises on changes and their implementation and provide training tools and techniques to enable others to achieve quality.
• Conduct and lead CAPA meetings to review customer issues and follow up with other departments to complete corrective and preventive actions.
• Work with managers and staff throughout the organization to ensure compliance with UL CCC and other agencies as required.
• Function as ISO Management Representative.
• Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System are established implemented and maintained.
• Report to Management on the performance of the Quality Management System and any need for improvement.
• Schedule and facilitate Management Review as needed or required.
• Maintain and improve ISO 9001-based Quality Management System.
• Monitor and advise on how the quality management system is performing and publish data and reports regarding company performance against set quality objectives.
• Enforce all company safety and quality policies and procedures.
