Warehouse Lead / Customer Relations

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Lead / Customer Relations to manage inventory and processes, ensuring the delivery of accurate, high-quality products at competitive costs to Seedway customers. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential part in ensuring that our products are treated, packaged and prepared for shipment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and lead warehouse team through delegation, training and focusing on high customer standards.
• Oversee operational processes, organizational flow, and inventory management.
• Conduct regular inspections of structural components, forklifts, and equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Schedule and manage equipment maintenance to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring product compliance with state seed laws and accurate lot numbers for shipping.
• Collaborate with office staff to efficiently handle customer service and counter sales, ensuring proper documentation.
• Conduct quality control and assist in the preparation of shipments, both for border crossing and domestic sales.
• Maintain trial seed inventory and ensure it's accessible and organized.
• May be exposed to heat and cold.
