Gastroenterologist needed for a medical group affiliated with a strong community hospital in Rockland County New York. Schedule would be 2 days a week in the office and 3 days at the hospital treating consults and doing endoscopy procedures. Employed position with competitive compensation plan and benefits (health, dental, vision, disability), retirement plan, expenses for license / dues / CME, generous PTO plan, paid medical malpractice including tail coverage.

Job Function :

• Practice has three gastroenterologists currently, one physician close to retirement and looking to grow practice.
• Practice has office location 10 minutes from hospital and full staff of MAs trained to assist in procedures.
• Strong collegial group - was recently acquired by the hospital so will benefit from medical group referrals and hospital support.
