Job Title : Batch Maker

Location : Dalton, GA 30721

LOCAL candidates only

Monday - Friday (7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm)

Pay Rate : $20.98

• A. Produce quality products as scheduled and on time.
• Complete daily production requirements by following production schedule.
• Maintain assigned equipment by performing required pre-operational, in process and post batch inspections. Immediately report any possibilities of contamination, needed mechanical repair or safety issues to the Crew Leader.
• Complete pre-compounding process. Locate raw materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and quantities needed as indicated on batch ticket. Report shortages to the Crew leader, or in his / her absence, the Materials Department immediately.
• Produce quality products by following batch ticket instructions, sequences, and quality control procedures exactly.
• Document raw material use by recording consumption on the batch ticket.
• Document all required information and any discrepancies in materials (additions or deletions), processing steps, temperature variations, etc., on the batch ticket.
• Prepare and deliver marked batch samples to the Quality Control Laboratory as required.
• Control the reintroduction or remix material into the mixers per Quality Control batch ticket instructions.
