Shift : Days

Pay : $40.86 - $63.33 / hour, based on experience

Job Summary : As a Cath Lab / EP RN, you will provide crucial nursing leadership and direct patient care within a dynamic team. Your leadership will play a key role in ensuring excellent patient outcomes and staff mentorship.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and mentor nursing staff during your shift.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address any issues affecting patient outcomes.
• Respond to patient care complaints using established protocols.
• Assist with patient assignments and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
• Perform admission, discharge, and transfer responsibilities as required.
