Administrative Assistant - Social Media

JOB OVERVIEW :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Social Media team. This position will assist with a variety of administrative and logistical tasks that keep things running smoothly.

RESPONSIBILITES :

• Process invoices, purchase orders, and assist with budget tracking
• Support ecommerce store operations : order tracking, inventory checks, and coordinating with fulfillment / shipping partners
• Support event or campaign prep (e.g. pulling links, gathering assets, shipping materials)
• Assist with organizing and prepping creative files and social content
• Support the planning, scheduling, and publishing of content across platforms
• Occasionally assist with content scheduling, calendar updates, real-time posting
• Stay current on social trends and share ideas for how we can tap in organically
