As part of our clients broader initiative to build a more mature and robust security practice, we are establishing a comprehensive Security Engineering program that spans multiple teams and disciplines. This program aims to cultivate a security-first mindset throughout our organization, embedding robust security practices into every aspect of our technology infrastructure and development lifecycle.

The Infrastructure Security Engineering team is a critical component of this program, responsible for consulting, designing and implementing secure infrastructure solutions that protect our systems, data, and customers, as well as coordinating with Live Nation Information Security and Privacy. As a member of this team, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of building a world-class security practice that enables us to deliver secure and reliable experiences for our fans.

Your mission is to lead infrastructure teams to confidently improve security posture, embedding robust security practices into the very fabric of our infrastructure design and implementation. We believe that security is not just a checkpoint, but a continuous journey that begins at the earliest stages of development and infrastructure planning. You will champion a ShiftLeft approach that integrates security seamlessly into our infrastructure lifecycle, leveraging purple team dynamics to foster a proactive security culture that anticipates, derisks, and mitigates threats before they materialize.
