Description

We are seeking an Account Supervisor to oversee cleaning operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards managing janitorial staff and ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.

Pay : $17 / hr

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary basedon applicants experience skills abilities geographic location and alignment with market data.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff including scheduling training and performance management.
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with the Clients cleanliness and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and order cleaning supplies as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure quality control and address any deficiencies.
• Train staff on proper cleaning procedures equipment use and safety protocols.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies in a timely manner.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA health and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with facility management regarding cleaning needs and improvements.
