My Education Solutions (MES) mission is to help clients successfully reduce their student loan debt through counseling enrollment and administrative services of the Federal Student Loan Forgiveness programs so our Clients can afford to live the life they dreamed of when they decided to advance their education.
Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Student Loan Enrollment Advisor who thrives on finding and engaging new clients building relationships and delivering personalized solutions. The ideal candidate has a hunter mindset and can educate clients on loan forgiveness opportunities and close deals efficiently. This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential allowing you to maximize your earnings while making a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Student Loan Forgiveness Duties :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation :
Identify and connect with individuals struggling with student debt through calls referrals networking and digital outreach.
Educate clients on various federal loan forgiveness programs including Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) and Income-Driven Repayment (IDR) plans.
Ensure clients complete all required paperwork accurately and meet program requirements.
Stay updated on changes to student loan forgiveness programs and federal regulations.
Accurately record all activities leads and client interactions in Zendesk.
What Were Looking For
2 years of experience in financial consulting sales or advising roles.
Strong ability to explain complex financial programs in a simple and compelling way.
A hunter mentality with the drive to seek out and engage new clients.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for lead generation and tracking.
