IT Business Analyst

The IT Business Analyst is located is Scottsdale, Arizona and is a hybrid position with 2 days in office and 3 days remote . It is an important part of the team here at Forever Living. This position is primarily responsible for participating in the design and implementation of new software solutions, helping to define SOP’s and process improvements and deployment of existing solutions into new markets. They are focused on working with the business users to document existing As Is and To Be processes, elicit business requirements to create functional and technical specifications (where needed). This person will participate in all phases of the project (GAP analysis, training, testing phases, cutover, go-live support) as well as providing post go-live support as needed. We are looking for someone to roll their sleeves up, dig in and truly understand the system end-to-end and be instrumental in successful software deployments. Someone who is a team player and who works to deliver projects on-time with high quality.

This job is Hybrid with 2 days in office and 3 days remote

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / FUNCTIONS :

• Elicit & Document Business Requirements suitable for Development team to begin work
• Works closely with designated business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and other business units / users to understand existing business processes, and document them
• Participates in all Project phases and works collaboratively with others
• Develop business knowledge to be able to understand and provide solutions to business requirements
• Creation and maintenance of comprehensive :

Functional Specifications / Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) with minimal supervision as needed
