Location : Kirkland, WA
Status : Full-Time
Hours : Monday–Friday, 9 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM
Compensation : $115,000–$120,000 per year
Job Summary
We are adding a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to our remote clinical team. Your daily work will center on scheduled telehealth sessions, structured assessment, and treatment planning to help clients manage symptoms, build coping skills, and achieve meaningful change in their daily lives.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals (and families when appropriate).
- Conduct psychosocial assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and risk assessments.
- Design and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.
- Offer brief interventions, skills training, and referrals to other services as needed.
- Document all clinical contacts, diagnoses, and interventions according to policy.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and clinical consultations.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.Active Washington State license as LMHC, LMHCA, LICSW, LMFT, or equivalent (independent licensure preferred).1–2+ years of post-graduate clinical experience in mental health.Telehealth experience and strong comfort with technology and EHR systems.Strong skills in evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, EMDR, etc. a plus).Benefits
