Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our growing pediatric team. As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapeutic services to children with a variety of developmental needs in their homes and daycares.

Pay : $38 - $45 per visit (Visits are paid per unit, and 3-4 units per visit are expected)

Responsibilities

Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the supervising OT

Provide direct therapy services using play-based and functional activities

Document and track patient progress, including functional outcomes and responses

Collaborate with SOAL’s multidisciplinary team to adapt treatment as needed

Educate families on home programs and techniques to support independence

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Associate's degree from an accredited OTA program

Active Texas COTA license

Strong understanding of pediatric development and OT techniques

Home health and pediatric experience preferred

Excellent communication and organization skills

Reliable transportation and a valid Texas driver’s license
