Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead the design function across our organization. With 30 district offices and several subsidiary companies, this role plays a critical part in shaping, evolving, and protecting our brand identity at all touchpoints.

From environmental designs to cookbooks and event branding to tried-and-true corporate collateral, you will have the opportunity to flex your creative muscles on a daily basis. This role will be responsible for hands-on execution of graphic design deliverables, mentorship and daily oversight of Graphic Designer(s), and the strategic leadership of the company’s visual direction.

This in-office position is located at the company’s headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and will report to the Director of Marketing.

Job Responsibilities :

• Creative & Brand Leadership

Lead and evolve the visual identity and brand guidelines for the parent company and its subsidiaries.

Independently create high-quality design deliverables, including but not limited to :

Marketing materials – brochure, presentation decks, one pagers, social media graphics, MMR Cookbook, tradeshow collateral

Provide daily guidance, support, and creative feedback to Graphic Designer(s).

Prioritize and manage incoming design requests with support of Marketing Coordinator.

Job Qualifications and Duties :

Portfolio demonstrating a range of design work, brand leadership, and high-production capabilities
