Your Role
As a Lead Analyst for Decision Science - Member Value, you will play a vital role in enhancing member service experiences through comprehensive analytics. You will uncover insights to boost member satisfaction, refine service strategies, and optimize performance. Your collaboration with business leaders will leverage advanced analytical techniques, translating complex data into actionable recommendations that drive meaningful change. This position offers a unique chance to use your analytical expertise to shape the future of member experiences.
We provide a flexible work environment, requiring employees to be in the office 4 days per week. Locations include San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, Charlotte, NC, Chesapeake, VA, or Tampa, FL. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this position.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead discussions with cross-functional teams to address complex business objectives and influence solution strategies.
- Utilize advanced analytical techniques to resolve large-scale business problems with significant strategic impact.
- Oversee the development of requirements and resources necessary to meet established objectives.
- Employ innovative analytical methods to derive conclusions and generate recommendations for driving change.
- Translate recommendations into communication materials for presentation to all management levels.
- Use visualization techniques to enhance understanding for less technical audiences.
- Identify and gather quality data sources to thoroughly address business problems through exploratory data analysis (EDA).
- Integrate and transform disparate data sources while applying appropriate data hygiene techniques.
- Document assumptions, methodologies, validations, and testing to support peer reviews and compliance requirements.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies that may enhance analytical methodologies.
- Deliver complex findings succinctly to influence senior executives and support business decisions and strategies.
- Provide expertise in implementing recommendations effectively.
- Research industry-leading practices in data and analytics to improve overall community knowledge.
- Seek opportunities for continued learning in the analytics field, both informally (e.g., online courses) and formally (e.g., certifications).
- Innovate to create new data sets, incorporating data wrangling techniques into new insights.
- Identify, measure, monitor, and control risks associated with business activities in line with compliance policies.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative analytics field or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.8 years of data and analytics experience, or 6 years combined experience with a relevant advanced degree.3 years of direct or indirect management experience.Expertise in statistical techniques for data-driven decision-making.Proficiency in data analysis tools, visualization, and SQL.What Makes You Stand Out :
Prior U.S. military service or being a military spouse / domestic partner is highly valued.Advanced degree in a quantitative field.Deep understanding of customer / member journey and service operations.Demonstrated ability to innovate and implement advanced analytical strategies to enhance member experience.Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex insights for diverse audiences.Proven capability to tackle complex analytical challenges and execute recommendations.Ability to work independently while effectively leading projects and seeking analytical improvements.Compensation Range : The salary for this position ranges from $143,320.00 to $273,930.00.
