Location : Spokane, WA
Regular Schedule : 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (Monday to Friday)
FLSA Status : Non-exempt
Summary : The Electrician plays a key role in ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of building systems. Working as part of a multidisciplinary HVAC and maintenance crew, this position is responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical and HVAC equipment, responding to service requests, and ensuring all building systems operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.

Compensation :
Base Salary : $33.00 per hour + Health & Welfare : $4.93 per hour = $37.93 (up to 40 per week)Key Responsibilities :
Perform preventive maintenance on electrical and HVAC systems and equipment in accordance with the established preventive maintenance schedule and asset list.Ensure all required materials, tools, and replacement parts are available in advance to complete maintenance tasks efficiently.Conduct daily building inspections (“daily tours”) to verify the proper operation of all electrical and mechanical systems.Respond promptly to urgent tenant or building issues, coordinating solutions with team members and supervisors as needed.Complete assigned work orders and preventive maintenance checklists accurately and in a timely manner.Assist with maintenance or repairs on equipment outside of primary electrical or HVAC responsibilities, as directed by the company.Support the On-Site Supervisor in preparing cost estimates and task order quotations.Test, troubleshoot, and calibrate HVAC and electrical systems to verify proper functionality, efficiency, and safety compliance.Maintain organized documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections in accordance with company and client requirements.Other related duties as assigned.Requirements :
Must hold a valid 01 or 07 WA Electrician License.Minimum of 2 years of recent experience (within the last 7 years) in building maintenance, facilities operations, or a similar environment.Working knowledge of HVAC systems, control circuits, and electrical distribution systems.Effective communication and teamwork abilities.Be able to pass a comprehensive background check.Physical Requirements :
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for extended periods.Must be able to climb ladders, work at heights, and access confined spaces.Frequently required to lift, carry, and move materials or equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.Manual dexterity to handle tools, electrical components, and testing equipment safely and effectively.Must be able to distinguish colors for wiring and equipment identification.Tolerance for working in a variety of environmental conditions, including mechanical rooms, rooftops, and outdoor areas in varying weather.Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and hearing protection as necessary.To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit https : / / masepr.com /
