Prepare bid / conceptual estimates, where all the building and site components are accounted for.Bring in amount of work equal to or over 10 million per annum(profit determined by geographic division and specific market segment)Bid and Buy Out Projects profitably while minimizing riskSuccessfully Handle 3 bids / projects at the same time in various stagesHave and Maintain an Average Shot to Kill Ratio of 12%Complete a detailed scope analysis (buy out) on average size project in 2-3 weeks or lessTrain and Lead Estimating AssistantsReview Sub Call Lists and provide strategyCommunicate to Clients Best Building Practices
