We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Director of Public Relations to join our team. As the Director of Public Relations you'll be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive PR strategy that drives conversation and awareness while elevating MaintainX's brand. The ideal candidate is a creative and critical thinker with a proven track record in implementing strategic PR programs, has built-in media contacts, and is excitement about joining a company that is the category leader.

What you'll do :

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with top-tier business, trade, and industry media to advance awareness, reputation, and our corporate narrative.
• Lead earned and paid media programsincluding media sponsorshipsthat reinforce corporate reputation and brand positioning.
• Build executive visibility : create thought-leadership platforms and provide strategic counsel on speaking engagements, panels, and awards to align with corporate priorities and amplify key messages.
• Develop clear, accessible media materials (press releases, key messages, and talking points) tailored to audience needs.
• Deliver media training and coaching to executives, preparing them to engage confidently and effectively in media and public forums.
• Collaborate with product, HR, partnerships, and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize media opportunities.
• Plan and lead communications and media strategy for product launches, key events, and milestone announcements.
• Measure and report weekly and quarterly PR performance; use data-driven insights and external benchmarking to refine strategy for reach, engagement, and reputational impact.
• Test emerging technologies and continually experiment with AI to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and increase the accuracy of data, metrics, and reporting.
