Key Responsibilities Collaborate with physicians and employers to develop and implement treatment plans for injured individuals Assess the recovery status of disabled persons and modify case goals based on their progress Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and preparing status updates for clients Required Qualifications Education : Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field Experience : 2+ years of clinical practice preferred, with a focus on workers' compensation Certifications : Active Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license and URAC-recognized case management certification required Skills : Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook Internet : Must have reliable internet access
