ABOUT THIS ROLE :

As you start your day, you play a crucial role in on-site operations, combining responsibilities as a Quality Control Manager and Site Safety Health Officer. You are the main point of contact for quality and safety, engaging with clients, subcontractors, and government representatives. You conduct inspections and tests, ensuring all work meets project specifications and industry standards, while maintaining accurate documentation. Your leadership is vital in managing our Quality Control Plan through its phases and enforcing site safety protocols. Daily inspections and meetings keep the team secure, and your efforts contribute significantly to the successful and safe completion of our projects, earning you respect on the job site.

IS THIS THE OPPORTUNITY FOR YOU?

• 10+ years of experience in utility construction
• Valid Quality Control certification
• Completion of 30-Hour OSHA SSHO training
• Strong knowledge of utility installation, grading, concrete, and civil sitework
• Excellent communication, documentation, and leadership skills
• Ability to independently manage both quality control and site safety functions on federal / military construction projects
