  • Apply an interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to plan, design, develop, validate and verify Cyber solutions across the lifecycle.
  • Conduct cyber risk assessment activities including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis and analysis of mitigation solutions.
  • Coordinate and addresses Supply Chain risk management concerns.
  • Develop, evaluate and analyze design constrains, trade-offs and detailed system and security design as they pertain to the Cyber domain.
  • Coordinate with system architects and developers to provide oversight in the development of solutions.
  • Conduct cybersecurity test and evaluation of hardware and / or software designs to verify and validate compliance with defined specifications and requirements.
  • Employ cyber security processes, methods, techniques and tools and assure their consistent application.
  • Implement appropriate Assessment and Authorization activities as required by customers.

Basic Qualifications :

  • DOD 8570 Experience.
  • Experience with Authorization and Accreditation processes using Risk Management Framework methodologies.
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity requirements, policies, and procedures.

    • Desired Skills :

  • Experience performing cybersecurity accreditation activities in support of software and system requirements, design, development, testing, and sustainment of approvals - Authority To Operate.
  • Experience with NetBrain, Zenoss and Hewlett Packard Network Automation (HPNA).
  • Familiar with eMASS, HBSS, ACAS, SCAP Compliance Checker (SCC), DISA STIGs.
  • Experience with Secure Configuration / Hardening of DoD Information Systems.
  • Experience with Intel Driven Threat Modeling, preferably classified Cyber Threat Intel Support.
  • Experience briefing complex cyber security principles to all levels of knowledge and skill.
  • Experience briefing high level customer stakeholders with cyber security concerns and remediation tactics.
  • Knowledge of NIST 800-53.
  • Experience with RHEL and Windows Server / Professional.
  • Experience with SIEM and cloud technologies including LogRhythm, Splunk, Jira, and Confluence.
  • DoD 8570 IAT II Certification.
  • Ability to provide guidance on DoD Cyber regulations and requirements to engineering and software development staff.
  • Experience with responding to cyber incidents from detection through remediation.
  • Intuitive and proactive self-starter that's accountable and mission focused.

    • Security Clearance Statement : This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level : TS / SCI

    Ability to Work Remotely : Full-time Remote Telework : The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office / job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

    Work Schedules : Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position : 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

    Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $160,500 - $278,300. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
