Ultrasound Tech Breast (Day Shift)

  • Location : Plano TX 75093
  • Shift : Monday Thursday 7 : 30 AM 4 : 00 PM
  • Job Type : Permanent
  • Guaranteed Hours : (40 hours / week)
  • Compensation : Based on experience (Negotiable)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Ultrasound Technologist specializing in breast imaging to join our Womens Imaging team. The technologist will perform high-quality ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a radiologist or licensed provider following established protocols and standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform ultrasound procedures focusing on breast imaging in accordance with physician orders and protocols.
  • Operate ultrasound equipment and ensure proper care and functionality.
  • Collaborate with radiologists for accurate image interpretation.
  • Ensure patient comfort privacy and safety throughout the imaging process.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
  • Assist with quality control and equipment maintenance as needed.

    • Required Qualifications :

    Education :

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)

    • Certifications (at least one of the following required) :

  • ARRT Breast Sonography (ARRT-BS)
  • ARRT Sonography (ARRT-S)
  • RDMS Abdomen (RDMS-AB)
  • RDMS Breast (RDMS-BR)
  • RDMS OB / GYN (RDMS-OB)
  • Musculoskeletal Sonography (MSK)
  • Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT)
  • Registered Vascular Sonographer (RVS)

    • Experience :

  • Breast ultrasound experience is required.
