a brand partner under Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking to hire an exceptional Physical Therapist Clinic Director to join the Upstream Family in Bend, OR. We proudly serve our communities with the most effective, clinically superior physical therapy services utilizing evidence based care and focused on providing remarkable customer service experiences. Our Upstream Family boasts the most advanced certified clinicians in the industry.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Current or pending state licensure
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
  • Drive to pursue personal and professional goals

RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Leading the clinic through managing clinician schedules, financial performance, and operations
  • Specialized evaluations and evidence based treatment based on each patients specific needs
  • Engagement with patients, with clinical teammates and within your organization
  • Setting and achieving personal and professional goals
  • Understand and live the company’s mission, vision, values and operational standards
