About the Role : Caregiver / Personal Care Assistant

Responsibilities include :

Light housekeeping and meal preparation

Medication reminders

Transportation and outings

Shopping and errands

Ambulation and mobility support

Providing companionship and emotional support

Following care plans and documenting services accurately

Requirements :
