About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Total Rewards to lead the strategy, design, and execution of its global compensation, equity, and benefits programs. This executive role is pivotal in ensuring that the total rewards programs align with business growth, talent strategy, and organizational performance across all regions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a comprehensive global total rewards strategy, managing executive compensation recommendations, and overseeing the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs. A key aspect of the role is to collaborate with the Board's Compensation Committee, the executive team, and business leaders to create and maintain competitive and compliant programs globally, with a focus on regional differences in Europe, Asia, and India. Applicants for the Global Vice President of Total Rewards position at the company should have a minimum of 18 years' experience in total rewards, compensation, and benefits, with a strong background in mid-sized global software or SaaS companies. The role requires a proven track record of working with Boards and Compensation Committees in a public company setting, as well as expertise in equity programs, executive compensation, and international benefits strategy. The ideal candidate will be financially savvy, with excellent modeling, data analysis, and storytelling capabilities, and will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field. A hands-on, pragmatic approach to building programs in dynamic, high-growth environments is essential, as is the ability to lead and develop a high-performing team. The role demands a leader who is adept at driving outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations and who is committed to creating a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and inclusion.
