Arrow Ford, a leading dealership in Abilene for over 60 years, is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team.

This critical role ensures accurate processing of manufacturer warranty claims and supports our award-winning service department.

What You’ll Do

Process all warranty claims according to Ford and Mitsubishi factory guidelines

Maintain records of all claims, authorizations, and payments

Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and manufacturer reps to resolve discrepancies

Ensure compliance with factory policies and dealership procedures

Provide reporting to management on claim status and warranty receivables

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years warranty administration experience in an automotive dealership service department

Strong knowledge of Ford warranty procedures preferred

High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills with both technicians and management
