Socket Fiber is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our expanding team. This entry-level position will provide critical support to Senior Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of fiber optic network deployment projects. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of project management principles, a keen interest in telecommunications infrastructure, and a strong desire to learn and grow within the fiber optic industry.

Primary Responsibilities :
Assist Senior Project Managers in developing comprehensive project plans, schedule, and budgets for fiber optic installationsHelp monitor project progressCoordinate project activities and resourcesFacilitate communication and collaboration between internal teamsCreate and maintain essential project documentationAssist in preparing purchase ordersPrepare and organize project reports and presentations for stakeholdersHelp identify project risks and issues and assist in developing contingency plansSupport the resolution of in-field modifications, ensuring accurate communicationAdherent to industry standards, company guidelines, and safety regulationsAssist in final inspectionsCoordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal teamsPrepare and participate in customer meetings, site visits, and in-person interactions as directedOther duties as assignedSkills :
1+ years of experience in project coordination or related roleFamiliarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with project management softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organization and planning skillsProblem solving skillsAbility to work independentlyBeing able to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively under pressureA strong desire to learn about fiber optic technologyDesired Skills :
